Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

1. F.O.B. point is our warehouse or shipping point.
2. All shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
3. UPS used for most shipments unless otherwise indicated.
4. For air shipments, please specify your carrier of choice and level of service at the time of your order.
5. Shipments made by common carrier are sent collect unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. ShowBiz Expendables cannot be held responsible for the performance of any third party shipper.
7. All orders for in-stock items usually ship within 24 hours.
8. If item is not in-stock, you will be notified by a ShowBiz Expendables customer service representative within 24 hours.
9. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on those days or after hours will be shipped on the following business day.
10. ShowBiz Expendables ships to all points within the U.S. as well as internationally.

RETURNS POLICY

1. No returns will be accepted on cut merchandise, special orders, or custom fabrication.
2. Defective products will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.
3. All defective products must be returned to us within 30 from the invoice date.
4. No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from our customer service/sales departments. Please call your salesperson. Please provide the following information: Purchaser Name, Invoice Number and/or ShowBiz Expendables Order Number, Date of Invoice and/or Date of ShowBiz Expendables Order, Nature of Problem, Original Packing List or Invoice.
5. All RMA numbers must appear on the packing label. RMA numbers are valid for 30 working days from date of issuance.
6. All transportation and insurance charges must be prepaid. (Sorry, COD's cannot be accepted.)
7. A restocking charge of 25% will apply on all authorized returned goods.
8. Credits/refunds will be issued after our warehouse receives and inspects returned merchandise.
